Registration

To use certain features of the Site, you must register with fcarl.org on the form provided. You agree (a) to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Site's registration form, and (b) to maintain and promptly update the information you provide to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If fcarl.org has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Site(or any portion thereof). Our use of any personally identifying information you provide to us as part of the registration process is governed by the terms of our Privacy Policy.

Passwords

To use certain features of the Site, you will need a username and password, which you will receive through the Site's various registration processes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and to ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your password or account information.

Submissions

In accordance with our submission guidelines, all materials submitted by users of the Site, including but not limited to submissions for features such as the "Adoption Stories" and "For Animal Lovers Only" pages, become, on submission, the property of the Site and are free of any claims of proprietary or personal rights. Site Interactivity

We assume no responsibility for the security of the Site or your communications within the Site. We do allow other sites to link with the Site without our prior permission; however, all such links are done at the risk of the linking site. We may provide some links on the Site for convenience, but we have no responsibility for the content or information collection practices of the unaffiliated sites to which the Site is linked. We also assume no liability or responsibility for any material posted to the Site by anyone other than us. In addition, the existence of a link between the Site and any other web site is not and should not be construed as an endorsement by us of the owner or proprietor of the linked web site, nor an end.

The Site's Forum is provided as a service for our users. Postings of users on the Forum are their sole, individual responsibility. Although we do our best to monitor the Forum and to eject users who do not abide by the rules, we are not responsible for the posting of our users. If you encounter someone in the Forum who is not abiding by the rules, please give the username and details of their offense to policies@fcarl.org and we will take remedial action.

The Site is offered AS IS and without warranties of any kind. We disclaim the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a specific purpose as well as title and non-infringement. We are not responsible for timeliness, accuracy, unavailability or interruptions in availability, viruses or other defects in the Site or its contents.
